Estate Housekeepers | Summerlin & Henderson (Las Vegas)
The Assistant Company is seeking experienced Estate Housekeepers for current and upcoming opportunities within private homes and luxury residences in Summerlin and Henderson, Las Vegas.
We are actively building our network of highly qualified housekeepers with a background working in high-end private homes, estates, or with high-net-worth individuals. This is an ongoing opportunity to be considered for multiple placements with discerning clients.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience working in private residences or estates (hotel experience alone is not considered)
- Strong knowledge of fine surfaces, luxury materials, and specialty fabrics
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in confidential environments
- Longevity in prior roles with verifiable professional references
- A polished, service-oriented presence
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Detailed housekeeping and daily maintenance cleaning
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Organization of closets, kitchens, and household systems
- Care of high-end furnishings, finishes, and delicate materials
- Supporting the overall smooth operation of the residence
Compensation:
Competitive compensation packages offered, based on experience and the specific role.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- All positions are paid on payroll (W-2)
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check
